#295: The Tooth Fairy, Part 4: The Conclusion

Dragon Little couldn’t stop jumping up and down once she and Dragon Father emerged from the land of the tooth fairies and back into the deck of Bonny’s Revenge

“That was awesome that was awesome that was awesome that was awesome!”

Dragon Father looked at her and smiled the way he had the entire day, happy that he could give her such a joyful day.

“Did you see when I bumped into them? Boom!” she mimicked the day’s action on her father, slamming into him.

“Did you see did you see?”

“I saw! I saw! Don’t bump into me, it might hurt you.”

“Like this like this!” She slammed into his legs again.

“Joy, did you hear what I just said?”

She went as far back as she could, then ran towards him. “Joy!”

She slammed into him, then bounced back, hard, falling backwards on the deck. “Joy, I told you!”

She straightened, feeling her face. “Dad, I think I have another shaky tooth.”

She felt inside her mouth. “It’s moving.” She took out her fingers and looked at them. There was a little bit of blood on them.

Her face lit up! “When it falls can we go again? Can we can we can we???”

“Of course. Every time a tooth falls, we’ll go to Tooth Island and--” Suddenly he stopped, realizing something. He bent down to face his daughter, and with a threatening finger, snarled at her, “Don’t you DARE get hit on purpose to make that tooth fall faster!”

She nodded. He did not seem to believe. “Got it?”

She nodded.

“GOT IT?!”

She nodded.

He straightened and straightened his clothes. “Okay, then.”

And soon after, he tucked her into bed.
